WB&T System Upgrade - Coming Soon - June 2022

We have some exciting news to share with you….

On June 24, 2022, we will undergo a software upgrade. The enhancements will include new and improved Electronic Banking, Bill Pay, Mobile Banking and much more.

We anticipate a smooth transition that will provide very little disruption to you. Please be sure to review each of the following sections for an in-depth description of how these services will be changing and what you need to do to prepare for the system upgrade.

ATM/Debit Cardholders – ATM Balance inquiries will be unavailable JUNE 22 through JUNE 25. Debit Card purchases and ATM withdrawals will not be impacted.

Telephone Banking will be unavailable JUNE 24. Beginning JUNE 27 your PIN will be set to the last four digits of your Tax Identification Number and you will need to change it by selecting 1 and then 3.

Consumer Online Banking will be inquiry view only beginning at 4 pm on JUNE 23. Selfenrollment will be unavailable as of JUNE 16 until JUNE 27.

Effective JUNE 27 you will login using your existing login ID, as this will not change. You will then be prompted for your Temporary Password. Your Temporary Password will be your existing user ID plus the last four of your social security number. For example, if your login/username is JDOE and the last four of your SSN are 1234, then your Temporary Password is JDOE1234. You will then be prompted to create a new password followed by establishing three security questions and answers.

After the upgrade to our new Online Banking your transaction history will restart JUNE 27. You will be able to view 24 months of account statements in your new Online Banking.

Online Account opening will be unavailable starting JUNE 16 and will return at a later date to be determined.

Business Online Banking will be unavailable starting at 4 pm JUNE 23 until JUNE 27.

Self-Enrollment for Online Banking, eSTATEMENTS and MOBILE APP will be unavailable JUNE 16 at 7 am.

ZELLE® will be replaced with PERSON 2 PERSON PAYMENTS and will no longer be available as of JUNE 16. The NEW PERSON 2 PERSON PAYMENTS will be available JUNE 27.

External Transfer will be unavailable from JUNE 16 at 7 am through JUNE 27. All Internal and External Transfers, as well as Account Alerts, will need to be set-up again.

Bill Pay – Bill Pay will not be available beginning at 7 am on JUNE 16 through JUNE 27.

Please ensure that all bills that are due by JUNE 23 are submitted by JUNE 16 or are scheduled to pay by JUNE 16. Any payments with a due date effective after JUNE 23 will not be processed until JUNE 27 using the New Bill Pay.

All Bill Pay information, including vendors and scheduled payments, will convert with the exception of e-bill notices. These will need to be setup after JUNE 27.

Statements – All accounts will receive a printed statement in the mail as of JUNE 23. You will also receive your normal statement based on your current statement cycle. This means some accounts will receive two statements in the month of June.

Monthly service charges (if applicable) will be waived on JUNE 23.

Interest-bearing accounts will receive interest paid through JUNE 23 and continuing on to your next statement cycle.

eStatement self-enrollment will be unavailable as of JUNE 16 until June 27.

Mobile Banking App – There will now be ONE NEW MOBILE BANKING APP for both business and consumer accounts. The NEW MOBILE BANKING APP will be available for download beginning June 27. Please delete your old business or consumer mobile apps.

Mobile Banking deposit will be unavailable starting JUNE 23 at 12 pm. Mobile Banking will be inquiry only beginning June 23 starting at 4 pm. Self-enrollment will be unavailable starting JUNE 16.

Student Savings Accounts – To qualify for a Student Savings Account you must be 26 or younger and a full-time student. After age 26 your Student Savings account will automatically convert to a Personal Savings account. You may avoid a $6 quarterly service charge with a minimum $300 balance.
